Property Rights

Property rights should be treated with the utmost sanctity and respect.
The Bill of Rights demands protection of “life, liberty and property” by preventing
its deprivation without “due process of law.” It is only with robust private property
that individuals and groups in free association can unlock the human potential and
resource potential of our country to create an abundance of wealth. The more we
expect government to intervene in economic affairs, the less we are respecting
private property, and the worse our economy will be.
